1. What size should I order?
We want you to love your new wardrobe pieces! To help with sizing, we provide detailed size charts on each product page. We recommend checking the size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure about which size to choose, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and shipping costs are on us. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible!
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed (within 1-3 business days), your items will be shipped and delivered within 5-9 business days. The total delivery time from when you place your order to when it arrives will be 6-12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@glorivis.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry if something went wrong! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
6. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item was ordered. For more details, please check our Return and Refund Policy.
7. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glorivis.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at support@glorivis.com. We will assist you in initiating the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are treated as returns and a new purchase, so you will need to place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange for.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will keep you updated on any changes!
11. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.
